Day 3 Travis Alexander's family leaves the courthouse after another day of grueling testimony in the Jodi Arias sentencing retrial.  KFYI Reporter Tammy Rose will be covering the story every day.
 
There was no shortage of drama despite a ban on broadcast video until after the verdict.  From a dismissed juror to countless sidebars, tension remained high between Prosecutor Juan Martinez and Lead Defense Attorney Kirk Nurmi.  Convicted murderer Jodi Arias sported a new look, with shorter hair and no bangs. Opening statements began with the defense describing Jodi as a mentally, ill woman who was physically and emotionally abused by her parents and Travis Alexander. The prosecutor set the tone early with graphic nude, photos of Travis dead in the shower, his throat slit from ear to ear.  The jury, 12 women, and 6 men will decide her fate.
